Wellness Wednesday: Move, Reset, Recharge

An internal wellbeing afternoon focused on movement, mindfulness and mental reset.

Wellness Wednesday is a dedicated space to pause and prioritise your wellbeing. The afternoon will include a short guided stretch session, breathing exercises, and a team reflection activity focused on stress management and balance. We will also share practical tools for maintaining energy during busy periods. This is not about productivity — it is about sustainable performance and caring for ourselves as much as we care for others. Open to all teams across all entities.
