I’m a healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience across operations, commercial strategy and recruitment. I currently serve as Group Chief Operating Officer at MUVE Healthcare Group, where I oversee multi-brand operations and drive sustainable growth across the organisation. Previously, I was Managing Director at Vitality24 Healthcare Recruitment and held senior roles at iCare24 Group as Group Operations Director and Group Commercial Director. My background is rooted in healthcare staffing and workforce strategy, with a strong focus on scaling teams, strengthening performance and delivering operational excellence.

I completed my GCSEs at Nork Park Secondary School and Stowford College. My professional development has largely been shaped by hands-on leadership experience and building organisations within the healthcare sector.

Work Experience I have worked in the health and social care sector for over 16 years, progressing from a hands-on Care Assistant to Registered Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Manager. This journey has given me both frontline experience and strategic oversight and I now serve as Director and Nominated Individual at Muve Healthcare, where I focus on quality, compliance and delivering outstanding care.

I studied Law, Psychology, English Language and Sociology at college before completing my Diploma in Health and Social Care, which provided a strong academic foundation for my career.
