To reduce the risk of modern slavery:
- All staff are employed voluntarily
- Right-to-work checks are completed
- Workers are paid fairly and in line with legislation
- No recruitment fees are charged to workers
- Employment terms are clear and transparent
5. Supply Chain Management
We expect suppliers and partners to:
- Comply with applicable labour and human rights laws
- Not use forced, bonded or child labour
- Treat workers fairly and ethically
Where concerns are identified, we will take appropriate action.
6. Reporting Concerns
Anyone with concerns about modern slavery within MUVE Healthcare Group or its supply chains is encouraged to report this immediately through:
- Line management
- HR
- Safeguarding or whistleblowing channels
All concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as required.
