Community Buzz: Random Acts of Kindness Day is all about intentionally showing up for one another. Teams will be encouraged to complete simple but meaningful acts throughout the day — writing appreciation notes, supporting a colleague with a task, checking in on someone who may need encouragement, or doing something thoughtful for the people we support. Each site can log their acts of kindness, with a shared internal board tracking the collective impact. The goal is not competition — it is connection. By the end of the day, we will share a round-up of stories and reflections that remind us that culture is built through everyday actions. Because kindness is contagious — and at MUVE, it is who we are.

Wellness Wednesday is a dedicated space to pause and prioritise your wellbeing. The afternoon will include a short guided stretch session, breathing exercises, and a team reflection activity focused on stress management and balance. We will also share practical tools for maintaining energy during busy periods. This is not about productivity — it is about sustainable performance and caring for ourselves as much as we care for others. Open to all teams across all entities.
