Care Grows Here: Planting Roots for a Healthier Planet and Stronger Communities
Care Grows Here is MUVE’s long-term social impact initiative, launched in partnership with Carma Earth. Through the funding of approximately 1,200 trees each year, the programme supports reforestation projects across the UK and Africa, helping to remove an estimated 4 tonnes of CO₂ annually. Beyond carbon reduction, each tree planted promotes biodiversity, strengthens local communities, and restores vital ecosystems, extending MUVE’s commitment to care beyond people to the planet we share.
We believe care extends beyond the people we support to the planet we share. That’s why we’ve partnered with Carma Earth to launch our “Care Grows Here” initiative, planting trees and restoring nature as part of our long-term social impact.
MUVE will fund the planting of around 1,200 trees per year, helping to remove an estimated 4 tonnes of CO₂ from the atmosphere annually while supporting reforestation projects across the UK and Africa. Each tree planted contributes to local biodiversity, community livelihoods, and ecosystem restoration, ensuring our care reaches further than ever before.
This initiative also connects our teams, clients and partners to a shared purpose, making sustainability something we experience together, not just talk about. It reflects our dedication to ethical leadership and aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring our growth remains responsible and forward-thinking.
As we look ahead to 2025, we plan to link tree planting to meaningful milestones, from new client placements and staff anniversaries to community achievements, transforming everyday moments of care into lasting environmental good. Our goal is simple: to nurture a world where both people and the planet can thrive.
